About Me

I am a qualified Tai Chi/Qigong teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience here in Newcastle. I have spent over two years using Qigong for therapy at St. Nicholas Hospital in Gosforth and at the Hadrian Clinic Physical Treatment Centre at the Campus for Ageing and Vitality.

I have taught large groups outdoors in parks, delivered workshops for different organisations over Zoom, and also have extensive experience in teaching people of varying ages, ethnicity, physical/ mental impairments, mobility levels in care homes and vulnerable groups.

I have spent more than 10 years training in Yang style and various different Qigong systems. In more recent years I have trained with Master Ting in Wu Ji Jing Gong at Sliver Tiger Tai Chi School.
